On June 22nd and 23rd, CX Day Argentina took place, shifting to an online format this time. Throughout the sessions, speakers shared success stories, best practices, and trends centered around the theme “Redesigning Customer and Employee Experiences.”

The Keynote Speakers included Stacy Sherman, Vice President of Marketing, Agent (AX), & Customer Experience (CX) at Liveops Inc., who provided insights on implementing CX ideas in a practical and tangible manner. Additionally, Nate Brown, Co-Founder of CX Accelerator, joined us with a presentation focused on capturing the loyalty of modern consumers.
