CX Day Colombia 2022

The inaugural CX Day Colombia took place on October 26th and 27th. The event was conducted virtually, drawing the participation of over 1200 individuals. Attendees had the opportunity to listen and learn about success stories, best practices, and trends centered around the theme “Redesigning Customer and Employee Experiences.”

Featured as Keynote Speakers for CX Day Colombia 2022 were Olga Guseva, Managing Partner at Integria Consult, who shared insights on expanding our toolkit to enhance the experience for collaborators. Additionally, James Dodkins, Customer Service & Sales Automation Director at Pegasystems, delivered a presentation on hyperfandom: transforming our disengaged customers into passionate advocates.
