In September, on the 22nd and 23rd, the second edition of CX Day Mexico took place, this time in a virtual format. Throughout the event, speakers elaborated on their perspectives for navigating the customer and employee experience in a market characterized by virtuality and substantial challenges.

The Keynote Speakers for CX Day Mexico 2021 included Clare Muscutt, Customer Experience Design Queen & Founder at Women in CX, and Ian Golding, Global Customer Experience Specialist and Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP). The event drew the participation of over 1700 individuals who tuned in to the live broadcast.
