During the month of August, on the 24th and 25th, CX Day Mexico took place. After a year of the pandemic, the event was held virtually and had the participation of more than 1600 people.

The Keynote Speakers for this edition were Sandra Thompson, Director of The Ei Evolution, and Luis Alt, Founder Partner of Livework Brazil. They spoke about how to create meaningful experiences for our collaborators and the designs we can use to transform the employee experience.
